Name: Vincent 'Funny Man' Albero
Age: 45
Appearance: A strikingly tall man, Vincent stands at 6'8. His already long face is only exaggerated by a receding hairline which he fights with a long ponytail.
Biography:
The eldest son of a highly influential and successful mobster from New York City, Vincent knew of his father's criminal leanings from a young age and soon convinced him to let him into the business far before the norm. Twisted by the experience and with a fanatical belief in the 'wise guy' philosophy that only idiots obeyed the law, he became a sadistic and violent man who pushed the boundaries of what even the Mafia would accept. Making a poor judgement call that caused a diplomatic nightmare, it was decided he couldn't be kept around. Protected by his father's status, he was sent to Locke to work for his uncle, in the hopes that losing his supports and father's protection would calm him down at which point he could return.
When his behaviour did not improve it was agreed by all in New York he would remain in Locke. Within a year, Vincent had taken absolute control of Locke's underground and his uncle (and cousins and aunt and their supporters) had all gone tragically missing.
For his habit of always smiling and his vicious sense of humour (and punishment of those who don't share the joke) he earned the moniker 'Funny Man.' Earlier in his career he was sometimes called 'the clown' because of his bright orange hair. The fact that he now rules the city through terror tactics has eliminated that.
